Educational pamphlet with comic style panels and art distributed by the National Coal Association. The pamphlet is undated. The story features a young boy named Jimmy who is worried about giving a talk about the uses of Coal for a class assignment. Jimmy finds his father is of absolutely no help on the matter. That night, "The Genie of Coal" visits him. Via magic, the genie whisks young Jimmy away from the countryside and off to the city where he teaches him everything about coal. Wraparound cover, oblong format, 8-in. x 4-in, 16pg, FC.

Advertising sign probably intended for display in a store window. A.L. Burt was a publisher from 1905-1937, publishing many genre and mass market books and periodicals. The company was sold to Blue Ribbon Books in 1937, where Blue Ribbon referred to the inventory as "Burt Books" and that is the presumed provenance of this sign, assuming a date between 1937 and 1939 when Blue Ribbon sold the A.L. Burt assets and reproduction rights to Doubleday. Artist unknown. Measures 10-in. x 12 1/4-in. Full color.

Promotional one-shot mini comic included with Halloween 25 Years of Terror DVD. Written by Stephan Hutchinson (writer of Halloween First Death of Laurie Strode, Halloween Nightdance), Art by Marcus Smith. Set in Haddonfield, the story takes place in 1993, and centers on a photojournalist named Patrick Carter who receives an assignment to follow Sam Loomis in an effort to determine the location of Michael Myers (aka, The Shape). The inside back cover states that the story continues in Halloween: Sam, a free digital comic that could be downloaded from the Halloweenmovies website. 4 3/4" x 7", full color on deluxe paper, 28 pages.
