    Color picture affixed to front cover; black and white printed photos inside. Apparently this book was originally designed to advertise the kinds of views that one might find in this region of Germany in order to drum up interest for the 1940 winter Olympics, which never occurred due to the outbreak of the war. This copy seemingly issued after the war: a line on the front cover reads "Publication authorized by 6870 DISCC, U. S. Army, Authorization No. 8734.". 67 pages of copper etching photo plates showing mountains, ski resorts, and more.
