1st printing. A PREVIEWS Exclusive! For the first time, three exclusive and unique limited edition, Nelvana animation production portfolios, drawn from the Nelvana archives, are available for sale. The traditional animation process involves a multi-step process. Beginning with a pencil drawing that is then transferred to an acetate cel. The next step is to paint the reverse side of this cel in the official colors for the show. Finally this cel is placed in front of a hand painted background and photographed as a single frame of animation. Only a small portion of the pencils and cels created during the production of a show are complete and appropriate for presentation. Each item in the portfolio is unique and each portfolio is one-of-a-kind animation production art. Each of these three portfolios contains only original animation production artwork and is limited to a strict run of 850 copies. All portfolios come with a numbered, certificate of authenticity. Animation cels and pencils are 10" x 12" in size each set in a 12 3/4" x 15" cardboard envelope. From the Tales of the Cryptkeeper, the animated spin-off from HBO's live action television Tales from the Crypt, this limited edition portfolio from the Nelvana archives contains 4 production animation drawings. NOTE: Limited to 850 copies. Cover price $40.00.

Wally Wood is recognized as one of the finest talents to ever grace the comics medium.
In the 1950s, he was one of the brightest stars in the legendary EC stable of artists, including being one of the key artists on the ground breaking MAD! In the 1960s, Wood reinvigorated Marvel's Daredevil, including designing the classic costume.
Soon after Wood turned his sites on a new superhero venture-the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents! Wood co-created the team, including the iconic Dynamo!
Now IDW proudly presents a selection of gorgeous Wood art, all scanned from the originals and printed at full size. Wood's art is increasingly rare and sought after by collectors, few have even seen his originals-don't miss this opportunity to own the next best thing, and at a fraction of the cost!

Bernie Wrightson is one of the most acclaimed horror artist's of all time.
His work on Swamp Thing and many DC mystery books are hailed as classics of the form, but his undisputed masterpiece is Frankenstein, illustrated from the Mary Shelley novel. Leading up to Frankenstein, Wrightson did a series of breathtaking stories for Creepy and Eerie magazines, in the mid 1970s. Chief among these stories, and with the beginnings of the style he adopted for Frankenstein, was The Muck Monster.
Now, IDW Publishing is pleased to announce the first Artist's Edition portfolio, and featuring the incredibly intricate detail of Bernie Wrightson's The Muck Monster. As with all Artist's Editions books or portfolios, the original art is meticulously scanned in color and from the actual original art.
