Comic book version of the popular comic strip cat, Heathcliff. In this issue, Heathcliff sneaks aboard a yacht with a princely cat on it and then ends up having to be the prince in "The Prince and the Paw-Per." Script by Angelo DeCesare and art by Warren Kremer & Roberta Edelman. Issue also has a Top Dog story "Top Hat, White Tie and Tail" in which Top Dog dresses up for a big and exciting night on the town that doesn't go as planned.
