Story by Doug Lanford. A real Robotech rarity, from the early days of video game consoles. Crystal Dreams follows the adventures of Kyle Bartley, a disgraced mecha pilot turned mercenary, who finds himself in the path of a new Zentraedi invasion. This was a tie-in comic for a Nintendo 64 Robotech game, Crystal Dreams (also known as Robotech Academy). Financial problems of producer GameTek meant that the game was never completed, other than a demo version that was shown at the 1998 E3 electronics trade show. All that remained of it was this promotional comic book from Antarctic Press that was handed out at E3, and is now much sought-after by Robotech fans. 8 pages, B&W.
