Reprints the debut adventure of Stern Wheeler, originally published in the Connecticut based newspaper The Hartford Times. Note: the second and last adventure was supposed to be reprinted in #2, but the follow-up issue was never published, even though there is an ad for it in this issue. 28 pgs., B&W. Cover price $1.75.
