Plus: Melanie's family is shocked when her sister Monica, the black sheep of the family, returns. Monica tells Melanie that she will see that Juan is acquitted of the false charges against him, and turns to their stepfather's brother John, the lawyer in the case. Juan wins the case and Melanie impulsively hugs him, to the horror of her mother, in the reprint story "20 Miles to Heartbreak: Part III"! Also: Pinky falls in love with Crash but she's afraid he takes too many risks in the reprint story "I'm Going With a Stuntman...and It's Driving Me Crazy!"
