"The Price Is High"; Mr. Weatherbee is feeling down because school cutbacks made him cancel a portrait that was to be made of him to hang on the walls of Riverdale High; Archie finds a former student of Riverdale who is now a famous artist and convinces him to paint the portrait for free. "Ups and Downs" one-page Li'l Jinx story, script and art by Joe Edwards. "See No Evil Hear No Evil"; A student at school named Nicky is littering and writing graffiti on the walls so Archie catches him in the act and takes him to Mr. Weatherbee's office; As a way of getting revenge Nicki takes photos of Archie and doctors them to look like Archie is committing acts of vandalism and it results in Archie being suspended from school.
