Asks readers if there would be any interest in a Star-Studded Comics Annual. Although there was favorable response, the Texas Trio never did a Star-Studded Comics Annual. Notes that the print run of this issue was 500 copies. Issue also has an advertisement for "The Guidebook to Comic Fandom" which is "designed primarily for the fan who wishes to know more about Fandom; its history, current status and activity, and its future." Full page ad for "The Broken Sword" a comic strip serial by Poul Anderson and George Barr which will begin in Trumpet number four, a fanzine published by Tom Reamy. First issue in which the letters are moved from "Let's Talk It Over!" In this issue, they are featured in "From Our Readers" and contain letters Al Kuhfeld, Donald D.
