Pickpocket Hector the Spectre calls it quits, in a whimsical story that provides definitions of 1950s crime lingo as a bonus. A kid from a rough neighborhood grows up to become a cop, in a story that may have been inked by legendary artist Gil Kane. The cover looks to be the work of Marvel legend Ross Andru.
