It featured such comic strips as "Portland Bill, Champion Smile Raiser and Laughter Merchant," "Smiler and Smudge," "Percy Pickle," and others. Some of the humor in these comic strips is "of its time," i.e., racist and offensive. Published in London. 10.75 in. x 14.75 in.; black and white; 8 pages.
