    Richie Rich Millions was part of the first wave of Harvey's Richie Rich comics, featuring the adventures of the richest boy on Earth. Kidnappers get hold of Professor Keenbean's latest device, a shrinking ray, in a two-part story. They shrink Richie and Reggie down and kidnap them, and the kids must use their wits to escape. Richie hires a psychedelic-rock band to play soothing background music. Little Dot and Little Lotta think that they've uncovered a kidnapping plot, but it's actually a prank for a TV show.
