    "Fiends from the Crypt"; Chasing a thief named Banco into the Rome sewers, Signor Renzi and his partner, Pietro find Banco with all his body eaten; They try to escape the sewer, and find themselves hunted by the Green Horde. "Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Werewolf"; The Old Crone, saying she's the real grandmother of Little Red Riding Hood, tells the true story; Elmer Dowd turns into a werewolf; As a werewolf, he attacks Red Riding Hood. "Careless Corpse"; Dave Tibbets leaves his wife Becky so he can go to work; He crashes his car and dies; Not realizing he looks like death warmed over, he encounters a lot of people who do realize he looks that way as he heads for home. "Carnival of Terror"; Chun, the Snake Charmer, who charms cobras with his flute, stays with the carnival he despises only to stay near Millie Sears; He reveals his attraction to Millie, who laughs; Joe has Millie tell Chun she'd go with him, and he shows her where his money's hidden; Chun shows her the money, which is kept protected in the cobra cage; Joe and Millie go to steal the money. 36 pgs., full color.     "Hissing Horror"; Lawrence Mason lives as a recluse on an island; He spends his days killing the many snakes he encounters all over the place; When Mason finds a beautiful woman by the name of Asptha, he gives her shelter and falls in love with her; But Asptha is the queen of the snakes and lures Mason to his doom. "Race for Valor"; Native American recruit Jimmy Bear fights in Korea; He saves his company with his ability for long-distance running. "Diamonds for the Dead" text story; In Africa, Phil Slater fights a gang of criminals disguised as a safari. "Devil's Sketch Book," pencils by Williams; The gangster Marty Hutton uses a book of magic to dispose of his enemies and rivals; Hutton becomes the new crime czar, but the magic fires back on him. "Black Death"; Pat and Lorna Fuller are on their honeymoon cruise; The ship sinks and the couple is marooned on a tiny island populated by giant black ants; Pat and Lorna fight as long as they can, but are eaten alive in the end. 36 pgs., full color.     "My Coffin Must Wait"; Seth is informed that his wife Martha is dying; He vows to fulfill her last wish, driving her through a blizzard, defeating some bank robbers who want to hijack his car, and crashing through a police roadblock to reach town; Seth says he promised Martha she'd have her photograph taken one last time, and he gets Mr. Townsend to do it just before she dies. "Caught in the Graft"; Corrupt city official Sam is caught and sentenced to prison; Since he suffers from claustrophobia, Sam can't tolerate confinement; Working in the prison morgue, Sam learns the bodies are subsequently sent to the city morgue, a building constructed under his crooked supervision; Sam climbs into a coffin and escapes from prison. "Ghost Gift" text story; Dan finds his war comrade Don in Africa, now in possession of a valuable jewel mine. "Stretching Things," script by Bruce Hamilton, art by Steve Ditko; Dawson suffers from brittle bone syndrome, but Dr. Doyle invents "muiclac" to cure him; He discovers this makes him "elastic" and murders Doyle to keep his secret. "Escape from Hell!"; Criminal Richard Benton dies and goes to Hell; He's sentenced by Satan to drag a boulder around for eternity; Benton struggles to climb a mountain to freedom, plagued by demons and hindered by the boulder, only to learn "there is no escape from Hell!" "Fear in the Jungle"; Wealthy Matilda turns down Tom's proposal, saying she wants to marry jungle man Kaza; Matilda and her companion Dorothy travel to Africa and use her influence to force the commissioner to ask Kaza to guide her on safari; Tom follows and tries to ambush Kaza. "Be My Ghost"; When Pierre learns his wife Gigi is pregnant, he takes a job as the official executioner to earn money for his family; He doesn't tell Gigi what he's doing, and decides to quit because the strain is too much for him; However, Gigi had learned the truth and began an affair with another man, then murdered him.
