"The Lady and the Prowler!" Script by Stan Lee. Art by John Romita. Cover by John Romita. Hobie Brown is keeping up with current events...and wonders if he got duped by Spider-Man -- when he did the web-slinger a favor a few weeks ago (in Amazing Spider-Man #87). In order to get answers, Hobie suits up again as the Prowler and starts looking for the web-spinner. Eventually, he finds him. And as shown on the cover, Spider-Man and the Prowler settle their differences at the bottom of an elevator shaft! Meanwhile, Gwen Stacy decides to leave New York...and go live with her aunt and uncle in England. But maybe Peter can change her mind at the airport...if he can reach her in time! First appearance of Arthur Stacy. Cameo appearances by Mindy Brown and Nancy Stacy. (Note: This issue was reprinted in Marvel Tales #74.) 32 pages. Cover price $0.15.
