"On the Spot" with art by Paul Reinman - An actor kills the man who directs the spotlight on stage when he finds out his girlfriend is seeing him. He gets condemned to the chair and escapes, but the spotlight pins him to the wall and the cops open fire. Only after his lifeless body slumps to the ground do the cops realize that there is no one at the spotlight. Plus: "My Friend the Ghost" with art by Tony DiPreta - A doctor and his friend cook up a plot to acquire the family fortune by the doctor declaring the man dead and then he pretends to return as a ghost and scare the remaining members to death. But the doctor wants all the money and betrays the man by injecting poison into him rather than a drug to make him appear dead, and so he realizes at the end of the story that he actually is a ghost. He kills the doctor.
