Like Tom Thumb, Tiny Tim is a child only a few inches tall, given refuge by a woman he knows as "Granny." The mysterious professor who lives across the hall from Granny offers to make Tim a tiny violin. But once Tim starts practicing, the Professor exerts a strange Svengali-like hold over him. A kindly gypsy uses magic to turn Tim into a normal-sized child. Tim goes on a cruise aboard Mr. Morton's yacht with Bob and Wilbert. Margie stows away, and is abducted by a chimpanzee after they get stranded on an island. 8 1/2-in. x 11 1/2-in, 48 pages, B&W. Cover price $0.10.
