Slick souvenir program from the 1939 New York World's Fair for "Aquacade," a musical water show produced by Billy Rose. The memorable aspect of this show is that it starred Johnny Weissmuller, the Olympic gold medal winner in swimming and, of course, the star of twelve Tarzan films in the thirties and forties. The program contains a one-page Weissmuller bio and a couple of photos. 8.75 in. x 12 in.; black and white; 32 pages. Color covers include ads for every champion swimmer's favorite products: Pepsi, Chesterfield cigarettes, and Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer. Cover price $0.15.
