An interesting promotional comic telling the story of railroad. Standard 7x10 comic size, 16-pages, full color, newsprint cover and interior.

Spooky - unlike his cousin, Casper the Friendly Ghost - loves to scare people, but his kindly ghost girlfriend Poil disapproves. Bat Belfry plays a mean trick on Spooky.
