Comic book version of a short-lived 1971 syndicated TV series produced by Ivan Tors (who also produced "Sea Hunt" and "Flipper") about global underwater troubleshooter Carter Primus, played by Robert Brown. In this issue, Primus battles a plot to kidnap the president and start World War III in "Crisis at 40 Fathoms." The story has appearance by by Richard N. Mixon, a comedienne impersonator of real life president Richard M. Nixon and the villain looks like real-life politician Hubert Humphrey. Primus also helps fishermen in "The Saboteur." Scripts by Joe Gill and art by Joe Staton. Issue also has The Human Fish in "Starfish Trouble" text feature. Cover price $0.20.
