The Kilroys (Americas Funniest Family!) combined the family humor of the then-new sitcom format with Archie-style teen hijinks featuring Katie, Natch, and pal Solid Jackson. The early covers made use of the Kilroy Was Here joke meme from World War II. Natch paints the porch just before Mr. Kilroys boss arrives for an ill-timed visit; Solid Jackson tries to get Frank Sinatra to appear at the school dance; Natch and Wilbur compete to get Judy a giant box of candy for Valentines Day.
