Published by Popular Magazines, Inc. between December 1931 and December 1943, Hooey was a satirical humour magazine that included fake articles, cartoons that depicted social issues of the time and spoof ads in a similar vein as it's successor, Mad Magazine. 8.5" x 11", 32 Pages, B&W.
