Likewise, Peter Parker and a couple of his friends go to the festival to unwind for the afternoon. But when an army of rats attacks a festival goer at the midway, the fun is over! The web-slinger doesn't know who is behind the attack, but the star-spangled avenger recognizes the modus operandi of...Vermin! The man-rat brings along stray dogs and hordes of rodents to battle Cap and the wall-crawler! The fighting is savage indeed! (Notes: The issue includes a six-page essay (with alternative covers) describing the development of the photo cover. Vermin previously appeared in Captain America 278.
