Windy and Whitey, was straight-up comedy of the Beetle Bailey/Sad Sack variety. Susie, GI Joe's girlfriend, tells the story of her life on the home front while waiting for Joe to return. Pvt. Bragg is the only soldier on his ship who isn't seasick, and that's something for him to brag about. Pvt.
