Hogan's plan involves goats painted black, but a sudden rainstorm threatens to ruin everything. The art is by Spider-Man co-creator Steve Ditko, one of several TV-related comics he did for Dell. Harvey's mischievous little devil is not as famous as their friendly ghost, but his design became a permanent part of pop culture. Hot Stuff tries to make a tree into a bridge, and winds up underneath it. In a three-part story, Hot Stuff goes under the surface to investigate a strange underwater mystery. Tinytown is mystified when Stumbo the Giant disappears into Giantland for a long time, but he's just trying to grow out a 1960s rock-star haircut.
