The Eye and K-9 tie up Downwind in the hold of a target ship that is to be used for practice bombing. When the stress of a big wedding gets to be too much, Jack and Joy decide to elope. Uncle Stymie tries to get Emmy to tell him where Mlle. Fifi went. Uncle Stymie is recovering in the hospital and Emmy is hiding out in a rundown boarding house.
