Fritzi wants Phil to be the target for a game of "William Tell." After Phil insults hypnotist Professor Svengoo, Svengoo makes Phil think he's a goldfish. One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts, then only in its fourth year; several daily strips are presented in full color.
