Comic book version of the Disney adventure cartoon series which originally aired from the late 1980s to the early 1990s and featured Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Launchpad and others. In this issue, Scrooge and company are exploring the Bingo Bong Jungle in search of the legendary giant silver buzzard statue. But the area where Scrooge wants to search for the statue is the phantom's territory and no one wants to venture there. But that doesn't stop Scrooge's quest in "Jungle Duck," an adaptation of one of the Duck Tales TV series episodes. Script by Jim Fanning and art by the Jamie Diaz Studios. Issue also has a reprint of the Uncle Scrooge classic tale "The Giant Robot Robbers" with script and art by Carl Barks. Double-size issue. Cover price $1.50.
