Master of the World, 1st Printing, Painted Cover. (HRN 163, with 7/61 date). The strange occurrences began with the explosions from the crater of a mountain called the Great Eyrie. Then, a strange vehicle, moving with lightning speed, appeared in the United States. But when a mysterious underwater craft was sighted, John Strock, head inspector of the Federal police, found that all these happenings were caused by a single machine, which could fly above the earth, sail or ride on its surface, and dive into the water's depths.
