"Operation Escape!", art by Jim Mooney; Robin gives a lecture at Gotham Police College on resourcefulness and initiative, using sports equipment as visual aids, then shows a film about a case he was on without Batman; Robin recognized one of the crooks, and allowed them to get away, hoping they would lead him to their boss. 36 Pages, Full Color.
