Incredibly Dr. Pym's plan seems to work after the Black Knight fires a special dart down the Leviathan's throat! But sadly Marrina transforms back into the giant sea serpent several minutes later. And then the Avengers finally accept the reality that all means necessary must be used to stop her! To that end the Mighty Thor brings down the thunder and lightning from the heavens, but again to little effect! Thus leaving Earth's Mightiest Heroes with only one weapon left to use…the Black Knight's ebony blade! Will Dane Whitman stab Marrina and invoke the blood curse of the blade? Apparently while chasing Nebula through the galaxies, the Son of Mentor and the former herald of Galactus ran into an unstoppable foe called Super-Nova! Alerted to the situation, the Avengers blast off into outer space on the FF's rocket ship to search for the so-called last Son of Xandar!
