The Charlton Portfolio marks the publisher's first foray into the fanzine market to showcase the artistic abilities of their creators and the roster line-up of their super heroes. Wraparound cover by Don Newton and Bob Layton. Of special note - printed here for the first time is the previously unpublished Blue Beetle #6 by Steve Ditko.
