The younger baron and Erik Josten are duly impressed. Meanwhile in Lower Manhattan, the Fixer breaks up a fight between Hydra and the Sub-Mariner! (Notes: This one-shot issue was part of Marvel's company-wide "Flashback" event; and published in July 1997 -- the same month as Thunderbolts #4.
