This is a Columbia Pictures preview annual for 1934-35 of the films that the studio planned to release in the coming year. Not available to the public, it was produced in limited quantity (likely no more than 500 copies) and given to studio executives, directors, producers, major stars and the owners of theater chains as a tool for influencing their booking decisions in the months to come. Featured within the book are publicity stills of screen legends such as Frank Capra, Myrna Loy, Dorothy Howell, Herbert Fields, Bradley King and Boris Karloff. Also featured are double page spreads of upcoming Columbia pictures productions, some of which were never produced, or were released under a different title such as "The Black Room Mystery" which was released in 1935 under the title "The Black Room," starring Boris Karloff in a dual role as twin brothers! Hardcover, 11-in. x 14-in., 92 pages, full color (with B&W Photos)
