Wiggles transforms into Wonderworm, but Mayor Rabbit is secretly colluding with Sooper Dooper, while hostile forces lay siege to Happy Village and cut off its food supply. The final battle is the sort of strange combination of funny-animal action and WWII propaganda that typifies the national mindset at the time.
