This issue reprinted Dick Tracy comic strips from 1935-1936. Tracy temporarily becomes Chief of Police in small-town Homeville to reduce crime. But his arrival coincides with that of gangsters Cut and Muscle Famon, and their equally deadly mother, Maw Famon. 9-in. x 12-in., 96 pages, B&W.
