Doc Savage "Brotherhood of Bronze" Fan Membership Kit. The kit was released in 1975 by Jim Steranko's publishing company, Supergraphics Publications. The kit includes the following: The first official bulletin (4 pages), a membership card, the official index to the Doc Savage pulps, and a Brotherhood of Bronze pin button, all inside a mailing envelope with Steranko art printed on the front. Envelope measures 6" x 9". NOTE: Our generic scan does not include the button that was originally included with this kit.

Issue No. 1 Brotherhood of Bronze Bulletin. The first issue welcomes in new members, provides history about Doc savage (even discusses the original Doc Savage Fan Club from the 30's), and looks at new projects in the works, such as Doc returning to Marvel Comics in a new black-and-white magazine series, plus plenty more including a couple of illustrations. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 4 pages on green paper.

Issue No. 2 Brotherhood of Bronze Bulletin. The second issue speculates on who should play Doc in a proposed Warner Bros. TV series, discusses the ghost writing in Doc Savage pulp novels and asks the question "How Many Kenneth Robesons?", plus plenty more including a Lester Dent photo and few photos of vintage covers. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 8 pages on yellow paper.

Issue No. 3 Brotherhood of Bronze Bulletin. The third (and final) issue talks about evolution of Doc Savage in covers (including the definitive Doc Savage portrait seen on the title page), talks about the complex supermachine pistols employed by Doc Savage, including the highlight of this issue - a 2.5 page illustrated schematic of a .225 caliber supermachine pistol loaded (pun intended) with all the gritty detailed specs, plus plenty more. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 8 pages on tan paper.
