In the Comics Code era, some of the original art is altered to remove violent content and narrative repetition. This issue reprints strips from Nov. 8, 1951 - Jan. 20, 1952. When Tracy is accused of stealing evidence, he tracks the frame-up to recording buff Spinner Record. The evidence to clear Tracy is saved on an LP record, which is accidentally mixed into the stock of Spinners LP store and sold to a young woman.
