Written by Alan Smithee. Art and cover by Bill Maus. A simultaneous spoof of good-girl art and superhero comics, featuring two Canadian women who become accidental superheroes. Eclipse and Vega resort to an unusual ploy to distract a male enemy. But the media gets hold of it, and suddenly everybody has an opinion. The Alan Smithee name, a Hollywood tradition, indicates that Saul Colt (or somebody) did not want to be identified as the writer of this comic. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.95.

The media circus around Eclipse and Vega is eclipsed – literally – by an asteroid that threatens to wipe out the city, and forces the women to appear in public together again. The Alan Smithee name, a Hollywood tradition, indicates that Saul Colt (or somebody) did not want to be identified as the writer of this comic. Final issue of the series. 40 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.95.
