Sivana sees the movie "Gaslight" and decides to drive the original Captain Marvel crazy, before the word "gaslighting" was even a thing. Mary Marvel must stop a war between the Cat People of Vesta and the Dog People of Juno, in a truly adorable story (the cats use "flea guns" against the dogs....), so she enlists the help of Marvel Bunny. Captain Marvel, Jr. agrees to be the counterweight in a county fair ox-pulling contest, in a story that may feature early art by future Mad "Lighter Side" artist Dave Berg. Plus a plethora of vintage comics-format ads, including a hair-cream ad featuring detective Sam Spade, and a Tootsie Roll ad, Captain Tootsie Traps Killer Bear with Invisible Light, with art by Shazam co-creator CC Beck.
