    St. John's original version of Audrey is a little different than Harvey's version - her friends are Patches and Sarge - but she still loves to create mischief. Originating in popular folklore before starring in a series of Paramount cartoons, Audrey made her comics debut with this issue. After getting a spanking for spilling paint, Audrey plots revenge against her father. Audrey tries to help her friend Patches find a good deed that he can do as a Boy Scout, but that's not as easy as it sounds. Audrey invents a fast hair-growing formula as a cure for baldness. This comes in handy after she's abducted by bald bank robbers. Produced by St. John, but Paramount Pictures' Famous Studios still owned the character at this point.
