Jughead Jones is secretly a member of the Time Police, an organization from the future which has a sworn duty to keep time on its proper track. With Time Police Marshal January McAndrews (Archie Andrew's descendent from the future), Jughead goes on a lot of timely adventures! In this issue, Hot Dog tries on Jughead's time traveling beanie and ends causing all sorts of time disruptions for which Jughead gets blamed.
