    Steve Ditko Ghostly Tales #86 cover bound to Popeye interior. Charlton Comics was known to make the most of their unsalable surplus comic book covers and interiors leftover from different print jobs by binding them together and re-using them for sales and promotional purposes. Although never sold to the public, these "mixed cover and interior" comics eventually worked their way into the marketplace anyway.
