    Picture Life of a Great American (1928) #0R is a "Pictorial Life of Herbert Hoover" by Bob Satterfield, creator of comic strips such as "Oh, Thunder," "The Family Next Door," and others. This 1928 Presidential campaign giveaway contains 18 pages of black and white cartoons by Satterfield and four pages of text, all detailing the life of the Grand Old Man, plus one page entitled "Pungent Epigrams from Herbert Hoover's Acceptance Speech." Two versions of this item exist, one with a text cover, and this one with an illustrated cover. Both contain the same original comics material by Satterfield. 24 pages, black and white, 7 in. x 9 in.
