Smitty, an office boy in the big city, works for Mr. Bailey and has comedic misadventures. Smitty's rotund boss Mr. Bailey somehow works his way up through the ranks of boxing, entirely by default, accident and coincidence. Mr. Bailey's old pal Steve Smart implicates Bailey in a pearl robbery. Smitty's baby brother Herby wins first prize in the Hotsy Totsy food slogan contest with his slogan, "Hotsys are good for totsys." 8 1/2-in. x 11 1/2-in, 48 pages, B&W. Cover price $0.10.
