Produced by Harvey and sold at Tastee-Freez ice cream stands, each issue featured the Tastee-Freez corporate mascots Tee and Eff, along with popular characters such as Casper, Sad Sack, or Dick Tracy. This issue features Dick Tracy. Jewel thief Pear-Shape sets his sights on a hidden fortune, but an obstinate dog stands in his way. The crooks efforts to get rid of the dog only succeed in attracting the attention of Dick Tracy. Tastee-Freez picks up some random kids in his rocket and takes them to Tastee-Freez Land for Hot Fudge Sunday.
