Cover by C. C. Beck. Stories and art by George Evans, Basil Wolverton, Otto Binder, Kurt Schaffenberger and Howard Boughner, Charles Dexter, Carl Pfeufer and John Jordan. Fawcett's annual comics omnibus, published to coincide with the Christmas holidays, includes almost 200 pages of comics. Although often described as a collection of unsold, returned comics, the original issues were actually overprinted deliberately for inclusion in Xmas Comics. This issue includes Captain Marvel #134, Master Comics #129, Rocky Lane #39, The Marvel Family #70, Lash Larue #29 and Jackie Robinson #6. Believed to be the first series to feature enhanced covers. This issue features a green felt enhancement to the Christmas stocking. The Marvel Family travels back in time to the era of King Arthur. Jungle queen Nyoka is captured by a pygmy tribe that hates outsiders. Wagonwheels wears two pairs of pants to a golf tournament, in case he gets a hole in one. Plus more stories by future EC legend George Evans, Fawcett legend Otto Binder, and longtime Superman artist Kurt Schaffenberger. Captain Marvel Jr. and The Underwater Mountain Mystery; Willer the Driller: A Vacuum Bloobstutter Story; Ozzie: The Hot Rod Race of the Century; Nyoka, the Jungle Girl and the String of Pygmies; Muscle Hedd: A Big Creep!; Tom Mix: The Storm of Death; Crusade of Evil, Chapter One: The Black Wizard Strikes!; The Professor; Tough Assignment; Lazy Lee; Chapter Two: The Dragon Danger; The Marvel Family Puzzle Page; Headline Harry: Skinned Alive; Rawhide Hotchkiss Plans for a Raise; Chapter Three: King Arthur Returns; The Silver Mask and the Black Star; Dusty: The Unpaid Bill; Molasses Mouth; The Hidden Valley Mine; Wagonwheels; Ten Gallon Tex; Stampede; Marked for Murder!; Famous Plays of Jackie Robinson.
