This issue (technically one of the first, but unnumbered) reprinted stories from the comic strip that introduced the world to Popeye the Sailor. Popeye meets Eugene the Jeep, a mysterious animal with multiple supernatural abilities (that later loaned its name to the U.S. Army's all-purpose vehicle, the jeep). 9-in. x 12-in., 96 pages, B&W.
