Aunt May's nephew is running low on funds to attend Flash Thompson's farewell dinner. So the wall-crawler stops by the office of a major television network -- and offers to appear on the network's late night talk show! The TV executives eagerly accept the web-slinger's offer, and the news rapidly spreads across town. Later that night a large audience attends the show including: J. Jonah Jameson, Joe Robertson, Captain Stacy, and Max Dillon. Uh-oh, that last name could be trouble! When the curtain rises, the show begins...in more ways than one! The Amazing Spider-Man vs. Electro! What a treat! Cameo appearances by Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson, Harry Osborn, Aunt May, and Anna Watson.
