    Indicia title is "WINNIE WINKLE, No. 94." Untitled Winnie Winkle stories, scripts and art by Martin Branner. Will's mother comes to visit. Will's mother goes home, but leaves a check as a gift. Winnie and Will have trouble paying the bills. Winnie goes into the dressmaking business, but Will objects to his wife having a job. Winnie baby-sits a little girl who Will can't stand. Bitsy goes to visit her grandmother. Will continues to win at the races, but can't tell Winnie about his winnings since she disapproves of gambling. Will manages to up his race winnings to $1,200. Will keeps betting on the horses, but starts losing money. Will loses all of $1,200 he won by betting on horse races. After leaving Will because of his gambling, Winnie goes to her parents' house; She returns to the apartment, only to be accused of being a burglar and is taken to the police station.
