The Little Wise Guys befriend a homeless runaway boy who's been framed and sent to reform school. Sniffer gets mixed up with a Betty Page-type in fishnets, whose gangster boyfriend looks just like Sniffer. Also featuring a vintage ad spoofing the many imitators of "Crime Does Not Pay," similar to a famous MAD ad a few years later.
